It’s almost 3 months since I wrote my first post. Since that I’ve been waiting for the right topic. Slowly I’m starting to realize that the right topic will never come unless I get used to writing. 😉 So today I updated WordPress and decided to try out the Press This function with Dr. Sara Gottfried‘s webinar about leaky gut: Discover Keys to Rebuilding Your Digestive System, and Put a Stop To Annoying Health Issues Once and For All.
The webinar will be on tuesday 16th of June at 5pm Pacific time and presented by Jordan Reasoner & Steven Wright from SCD Lifestyle. The timing is horrible for europeans but by signing up you can view the recordings. 🙂
Quote from Sara’s newsletter:
If you suffer from any of these, or you know someone who does, you should attend my free gut health webinar on June 16 with Jordan and Steve from SCD Lifestyle.
- stubborn weight gain, especially at the waist
- mood and energy swings
- brain fog, lack of concentration
- food allergies
- fatigue during the day, especially in the afternoon
- dependence on stimulants like caffeine
- cravings for sugar and carbs
- pimples, rash, dryness, and other skin issues
- frequently feeling under the weather
- nutrient deficiency
- chronic illness
No idea what to expect from the webinar (US style presentation are not particularly my favorites) but for sure the topic is really important in case you have or suspect that you have any food sensitivities or any other symptoms from Sara’s list.
I’ve been having a wheat free diet since 2012 and still I have waaay too many symptoms of the above list. Leaving wheat out of my diet improved my life a lot but there is still something else screwing up my gut. (More about this coming up soon.) So let’s see what solution the webinar will offer. 🙂
How about you? Do you have any of the above symptoms? Or are you also waiting for the right moment to start anything? It would be great to hear you story and if you have any favorite blogs about these topic. Wether it’s related to health or productivity, it’s always good to share the best knowledge. 😉
So let’s start living a happier and healthier life!
